About

grace aarin
Movement instructor, founder, educator and creative in New York City.
My background is inExercise & Sport Science, and my work has alwayscentered on understandingthe human body.
At UNC, I tutored anatomy & physiology, exercise physiology, biology, and genetics, while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare and biomechanics research.
Now in New York, I teach movement, coordinate a yoga studio, run SYNC Club, and tutor science privately. Across all of it, I’m most interested in making what feels complicated feel clear, useful, and connected to real life.
The more I learn about the body, the more I want to keep learning, teaching, and finding ways to put that knowledge into practice.
