Why Grace
In college, I gained a lot of weight — and spent about three years trying to lose it. I kept assuming the problem was me: I needed more motivation, more discipline, or the perfect plan.
What actually changed things was understanding how training works. Studying Exercise & Sport Science, I learned how the body adapts, how good programming builds on itself, and that lasting progress comes far more from consistency than from starting over every Monday.
I understand both sides: what it feels like when nothing seems to work, and the science of what does.
Over time, I lost about 50 pounds. But the number was never the point. That experience is why I coach the way I do — with patience for the hard weeks, and a plan grounded in how your body actually responds.

My experience, not a promise of individual results.

Before you apply
Yes. Your plan, check-ins, messaging and form reviews all happen online, so you can train wherever you are.
Not to start. If you just want to try coaching out, I have mat workouts that need no equipment at all. As you get stronger, though, progress means gradually lifting heavier, so a gym (or a good set of weights at home) becomes really useful. If you’re ready to commit, it’s a worthwhile investment early on — but you don’t need one to begin.
Yes. We start from where you are, with clear guidance on form from day one.
General nutrition guidance, macro targets for your goal, and realistic meal ideas — no extreme diets.
I’ll reply within 24 to 48 hours to set up a consultation, where we talk through your goals and whether coaching is the right fit. Rates are shared then.
Nutrition guidance is educational and general in nature and is not medical nutrition therapy or a substitute for individualized medical advice.
